University of Illinois Squash Club

Featured

The University of Illinois hosts both an intercollegiate squash team that competes on the Varsity circuit as well as a club for the casual players at the university. While the team is limited to undergraduates and first year grad students, the faculty, staff, and students are also all active members of the club.

The University of Illinois Squash Team is a highly competitive club team. At the beginning of each year we hold tryouts that are open to all undergraduates. We keep fifteen players on our practice squad and the top nine best players represent UIUC in intercollegiate squash competitions. The team holds a two-hour practice three times a week, in which we train, drill, and play challenge matches. The collegiate squash season runs from September to late February, with usually 6 – 8 matches in the Mid-West region and a lot more in the East and West Coast . We also have the opportunity to compete in College Squash Association’s annual Team Nationals tournament at the end of each season – played at Yale, Princeton, or Harvard. The UIUC squash team is always open to new members and looks to spread its reputation as a competitive team in the collegiate squash world.

Binary Option Asset Classes Explained

Typically, binary options are traded in four classes of assets which include currencies (which can also mean foreign exchange rates or forex), stocks, indices and commodities. A clear understanding of these four asset classes will immensely help traders in making sound decisions when it comes to trading in binary options. As much as there are so many brokers in the binary options trading market, traders need not worry as all brokers trade in these four asset classes. The only difference is a change in name and number of assets various brokers trade in each category.

Let us now review the four asset class used in binary option tradingss of asset. In binary options the asset is used to measure the whether a trade was successful or not. Generally, binary option asset classes fall into three categories high or low, range and touch or no touch. However, traders must know that there is no law defining what brokers will offer, sometimes they will not offer all these three choices.

Stocks

Any average trader in the option trading market is familiar with this asset class. In one way or another, most of us have received a gift in the form of a share of a common stock. Stock markets are reviewed daily in news so almost all of us are familiar with what it entails. Thousands of stocks are traded daily in the stock exchange market world wide and most brokers focus on relatively well known stock as their asset class trade.

Commodities

Whether shopping at the supermarket or buying gas at the local gas station, the price paid if basically defined at commodity exchanges. Trading assets as binary options may require traders to have as little as $10 while trading the same on commodities exchanges calls for hundreds of dollars. A trader can earn huge returns from binary options, provided they are well informed on how commodities prices fluctuate even if they do not have enough financial means to trade in the exchange market.

Currencies

In the world, there are usually two types of currencies, the few major currencies and the many minor currencies. Assets are traded as pairs, with one currency acting as a function of another one.

Indices

In binary option trading, trades can be based on value of the index itself. An index value is a number based on the exact value of all assets traded on the market at any period of time. They form the best instruments for traders to use.

How is this possible?

All currencies are free from any underlying restraints such as being tied to gold. The value of these currencies is always variable, since all currencies trade freely on the open forex markets in relation to all other currencies. In forex binary trading, minor currencies are traded relatively to major currencies unlike in binary trading where its only the major currencies traded in relation to each other.
